The Marketing Launch Coordinator will support the Product Marketing and Communications Manager, as well as the Solutions Marketing and Communications Manager as they develop their strategies for all of Pelco's products, services, end-to-end solutions, and partner integrations. She/he will manage and track development of all deliverables and programs-in-development as well as their performance metrics. Also, she/he will work with several people within cross-functional teams, including: marketing and communications, project management, product management, regional marketing, sales, technical publications and engineering.

Accountabilities:

· Manage update of the master calendar of marketing assets to be delivered. This is an important deliverable used company-wide providing visibility of the sales enablement tools and marketing support for all current projects. We welcome your ideas for automating the capture of information to assure its real-time accuracy.

· Maintain our reservoir of assets

· Respond to requests from Regional Marketing Managers

· Track the status of all marketing and communications deliverables for each launch project in collaboration with project managers.

· Develop and/or edit content for a variety of communication vehicles, including but not limited to: internal e-newsletter, industry publications, sales training webinars, and email marketing.

· Develop and/or edit story-boards for videos that market our products and solutions.

· Track and develop reports on Key Performance Metrics for each launch project

· Provide support for sales training webinars, including: coordinating internal and partner presenters, gathering materials, being available to support the recording sessions, posting FAQs after webinars have been delivered

· Provide support for Social Media, including: monitoring partner and industry organization social feeds and re-posting content as appropriate.

Writing Partner Integration sales sheets – requires re-purposing existing marketing content from partners and from Pelco

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Qualifications:

· BA in Marketing, Communications or similar

· Basic graphic design

· Basic Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

· Ability to Collaborate effectively with people in different teams and different levels of hierarchy

· One to three years marketing
