Marketing Director m/f for Servo Drives and Motors

For our location in 77933 Lahr in the region of Freiburg, we are looking for a Marketing Director m/f with worldwide offer responsibility for servo drives and motors.

You will focus on driving further the innovation in motion technology and supporting the expansion of our portfolio. Together with your team of Offer Managers you will manage the offer portfolio with servo drives, servo motors as well as linear motion for Machine Automation. You will also be responsible to define the offer evolution and innovation while supporting the countries with their launch and marketing activities in collaboration with our Global Marketing organization. Your tasks - versatile

·
Define the 4P marketing model considering innovation and launch strategy in collaboration with the Sales organizations of the target countries

·
Drive the growth of our motion business together with the Sales organizations of the target countries and monitor the yearly sales targets

·
Drive the digitization of the offer and its presentation in the relevant channels

·
Manage the portfolio life cycle

·
Collaborate with other offer domains inside Schneider Electric that complete the Machine Automation portfolio with robotics, motor starter and frequency converter products necessary to build complete automation solutions

·
Manage existing collaboration with external partners and define potential new partners

·
Understand our competition portfolio to define the Schneider Electric value proposition

·
Ensure that the quality of the offer is being properly considered

Your profile - qualified

·
Degree (Bachelor, Master) in Engineering or Business Administration with strong technical background

·
2 to 5 years of management experience in Marketing, Business Development or Sales within a technical environment

·
Marketing and communications related experience is mandatory

·
Experience in servo drives and motor technology, application know-how in e.g. material working, packaging, material handling is a plus

·
Strong experience in networking in an international environment

·
Excellent English skills, both written and spoken; German language skill is a plus
