What do you get to do in this position?

Manhattan WMS solution expert supporting NAM Logistics Engineering and Distribution Center Operations with a primary focus on…

· Operational support for areas of Manhattan WMS (Inbound, Outbound, Inventory Management)
· Operational testing and deployment for system updates and enhancements
· Create and conduct end-user training for systematic process changes
· Support NAM Transformation Teams and DC end-users in operational use
· Design and configuration support for continuous improvement projects
· Build SQL queries and run data extracts from Oracle database
· Jasper iReports and Supply Chain Intelligence (SCI) reporting and dashboard creation

Desired profile

Qualifications :

This job might be for you if:

· Are a solution expert user with over 3 years of experience with Manhattan wmos

· Quick to learn with the capacity of mastering advanced WMS capabilities

· Enjoy creating systematic solutions in response to desired process changes

· Interested and able to scale and learn other applications like SAP and Oracle

· Have strong analytical and technical problem solving skills

· Be proactive to find opportunities for solution enhancements

· Able to collaborate with cross functional experts to root cause issues and address solution gaps

· Pay attention to detail, thoroughly understanding the entirety of problems and solutions

· Effective working on cross functional teams

· Can travel periodically to Distribution Centers across the US
