Job description
Summary:
Schneider Electric is seeking a person who will be responsible for timely, professional phone follow-up on Leads generated from Marketing Communications activities (Advertisements, Tradeshows, etc…). The outbound call objective will be to establish customer sales opportunities for the Sales Team to work on.
Role and Responsibilities:
Through supplied training, gain the ability to understand the problems & requirements that customers have, and the solutions that Schneider Electric has to address/resolve them.
While utilizing supplied call scripts, and effective listening & questioning skills, establish a dialogue with customers that results in a clear understanding of their problems & requirements.
After each completed customer call, estimate the required Solution & associated value.
Properly enter & assign each new opportunity to a Sales Rep (training supplied).
Understand & manage daily schedule to meet or exceed all assigned key performance objectives.
Establish & maintain a working relationship with Marketing Communications & Sales.
·With Sales reps regarding the opportunities you assigned to them..
·With Marcom Mgmt for details regarding specific lead generation campaigns
Help identify process failures & communicate this information & recommended solutions to immediate manager.
Desired profile
Bachelor degree in Engineering, Electrical Power is preferred
1 to 3 years of experience
Fluent in English - French is a plus
Good negotiation and presentation skills
Strong enthusiasm & drive to succeed
Effective listening & questioning skills
Good phone skills/manners
Organizational skills & attention to detail
Computer literate
