Inside Sales Rep for SMB - Korea Secure Power

Job description
· The position is responsible for making an average of 20 phone calls a day into expired opportunities in order to increase the company's renewal of sales and capture rates leading to increase in non-concurrent revenue
· Responsible for lead preparation and distribution of lead sales within a designated region
· ISSA is responsible for “flipping” the expired opportunities in InTouch
· The position has a crucial role in company's marketing strategy in promoting company's product lines and service offering
· In the process of sales lead generation ISSA needs to interact with APC customer base and non-service certified partners
· The outcome of this role is to increase NAM Renewal and Capture Rate and increase non-concurrent revenue in NAM.
· There are no travel demands for this job and the role requires an ISSR work for at least 40 hour per work week.
· As an entry level service sales role, this position requires significant supervision, training and attention

Desired profile
Qualifications :
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent.
· Required skill(s): Basic knowledge in Intouch, Good Customer Service, Basic knowledge in APC products.
· At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
· Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent. Job role in Customer Service - General or Management.
