Job description
Mission:
Supporting sales organization by providing timely and effective CRM end-user support, managing the CRM system champions network with focus on user training & data quality (focusing, but not limited to Ukraine & Belarus user support)
Areas of job responsibility:
Sales CRM local support:
· Ensures CRM flawless operations and data quality across 4 main processes:
· Support Users requests fixing. For complex issues escalates to global CRM support team.
· Ensure CRM settings fits flawless local business continuity and global requirements, implement necessary changes per manager's request and %5C or global team request
· Prepare and implement necessary trainings for users, communicate all changes timely for local users' community
Sales Excellence
· Provides reporting across main CRM KPIs
· Contributes to development & execution of KPI improvement action plans across Businesses and countries
Desired profile
Qualifications :
Qualifications we are looking for:
· Experience in CRM tool is a must (salesforce.com)
· MS Office Applications (MS excel), understandings of reporting tools, and work with databases.
· Ability to communicate efficiently by listening and sharing information with users and business
· Fluent English is a must
