Job description

Main missions
1/ Ensure the operational relations with suppliers within the strategy defined in cross functional team and the respect of the contracts; track and report key elements/data on supplier performance.
2/ Lead negotiations & propose actions (QVE, rebalancing...) in consistency with commodity strategy and agreement with the plants
3/ Contribute to the purchasing database update by providing necessary information to commodity managers / supplier leaders/ update purchasing database and tools.
4/ Be the first escalation level for supplier crisis management.
5/ Follow-up the quality and cost reduction objective related to action plan/productivity program (QVE, rebalancing…).
Profile and Competencies
- Education:
o Ecole d’Ingenieur generaliste ou specialisation en mecanique, electro-mecanique, genie industriel or
o Ecole de Commerce (de type ESC = BAC + 5) generaliste ou specialisation en Achats
- Technical Field: Electrical, mechanical components and products
- Work experience needed: 1 to 2 years experience in Purchasing is preferred, knowledge of Industrial environment
- Requested languages :English : fluent
- Personal abilities or skills: Excellent team player with good communication skills. Microsoft Office user. Data management
