For our office in Aartselaar, we are looking for a

Jr. Service Engineer (f/m)

Work Environment

You will work mainly at customer sites near Antwerp to perform basic tasks and installation of windows security patches. This is on existing and new windows systems. You will also be involved in collecting information data from DCS/PLS systems for further analysis . The work is mainly performed in Belgium. Temporary work in the Netherlands is possible.

Tasks and Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

· Installation of windows security patches at customer production sites
· Internal basic technical support for other service engineers
· Technical helpdesk support in our offices.
· Making an initial assessment of incidents, attempting to resolve
· Preventative Maintenance work for (contract) customers
· Administrative tasks related to service works.
· Give feedback to improve in the development of service standards and tools

Required Competencies

Specific requirements that are considered necessary for this function are:

· 
Technical secondary degree

· 
Driving License - Category B

· 
Languages – Fluent Dutch and English

· 
Willing to work on-site and to travel (limited).

Technical requirements :

·  Good knowledge of all round IT (Ms Office, hardware, windows)
·  Operating Systems : Windows® 2008/2003, Windows® XP, Windows 7, Windows 10
