Job description

The position is required to work closely with the Process and Tooling team which is responsible for formulating and implementing the ITSM processes in Schneider Electric globally and drive the Change Management activities. The main responsibilities of the position would be:

· Change Impact Assessment - Identify the change, assess the impact of the change and device an action plan to manage the change. This involves the detailed understanding of what is being changed in the process, who is it going to impact, what are the various steps that need to be taken to make sure that the impact of the change is mitigated
· Training Plan - Identify the training needs of the various impacted entities/roles, device a training plan to address the entities/roles impacted which will include designing the training modules, level of training and arranging the logistics of the training to be delivered
· Training Material - Make sure that the relevant training sources are created and maintained which can include documents, videos and even the portal which hosts the various assets
· Communication - One of the most critical aspects of the role is to make sure that the changes are EFFECTIVELY communicated using the various channels, to the right audience and in a medium which makes it most receptive
· Change Network - A community exists today and this community will have to be maintained to ensure that the right people exist and are actively participating in driving the change. This community will include Process Owners, Process Advocates and Process users
· Feedback - Completing the feedback loop is critical to ensure that the people being impacted are able to provide feedback on how the change was managed. This needs to be done through Surveys, Interviews and other medium
· Point of Contact for all ITSM team for communication and change management needs
The applicant will have to be proactive in ensuring that there is high adoption of the ITSM processes being implemented and serve as a very vital connect between the team implementing and the people using these processes. This will involve working with both Schneider Internal and External parties.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

At least 3-4 years of experience in ITSM processes, Project Management, Change Management etc
Bachelors Degree
ITIL Certification would be an advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication
Excellent skills with MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel
Should have a creative mindset with the ability to create good content for various user groups
