The Global International Mobility Center (Global IMC) consists of a global team and three operational teams located in three regions APAC, NAM and EMEAS.
We are looking for the North America (NAM) International Mobility Center Representative. He or she will be the regional ambassador for the International Mobility Center.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Serve as a day-to-day contact and resource for internal customers (i.e. assignee, business), partners, and third-party vendors prior to and during assignments, and during repatriation. Provide the consolidated support across the International Mobility program by becoming the primary contact for all mobility activity inquiries and escalations from both internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide the support and services which includes cost estimate (Provisional Remuneration & overall assignment cost projection) to related parties, and be the facilitator of home and host IMC/HRBP/Business, HRS, Onboarding and Talent Acquisition team. Prepare and present the letters of understanding to assignees.
• Advise the client on International Mobility Center's charter and its policy, and process changes as needed.
• Prepare for the expatriate payroll instruction, review and analyze pay per period payroll information, and coordinate collection, assembly, analysis and review of worldwide compensation information for tax reporting purposes.
• Manage and coordinate with the relocation and immigration vendors to make sure the international move can be made as smooth as possible.
Desired profile
QUALIFICATION
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Resources, International Business or other applicable majors.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in big 4 accounting firms and/or human resources with global function - multi-national, fast-paced, customer service oriented preferred.
• Experience in expatriate and foreign national tax compliance, tax equalization policy, international assignment policy & global payroll – Preparation and review of expat's personal income tax return, tax equalization, and the understanding of international assignment policy and expat payroll with assignment related components is a must have skill.
• Effective communication skills (both verbal and written) to explain policies and procedures to other functions of HR (i.e. Talent Acquisition, HRS, BU Managers, Employees, and Assignees) is required
• Customer service orientation required - Demonstrate ability to relate well and provide high customer service levels to internal customers/partners and external stakeholders in a variety of situations, including consultative capability and presentations.
• Experience of and exposure to multi cultural environment is preferred.
• Prior international assignment experiences a Plus.
• Experience in International Relocation and immigration service preferred.
