Overview
The role will develop the individual within the Service department and deliver a broad overview of the Field Services business, developing knowledge, skills and experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare complete offer in the standard presentation format
Prepares tenders either internally or by coordinating with other Schneider or third party offices.
Supports Salesmen for all influence/specification issues.
Input all the projects data in our ERP (SAP).
Assist in deployment of the ERP system.
Work closely with the IT team and support the tender team from the ERP perspective.
Monitor and review the jobs assigned to him for timely completion and quality of services.
Calculate the prices as per the guidelines and procedures.
Process and follow up on orders placed internally / externally that form a part of a client’s order.
Liaison with our back office, design team, services & sales team 
Insure the good organization of the Projects transfer to the Project Management team
