We have an exciting opportunity for an Intern to join our Quality Team based in Leeds, reporting to the Ian Morrison – CS & QHSE Manager

Your Mission:

This is an opportunity for anyone who holds an interest in assuring and developing Quality processes. You will get the experience of working in fast paced Manufacturing environment and develop your knowledge on Quality, Problem Solving and Process Improvement.

Your responsibilities:

You will be responsible for undertaking a range of Quality related tasks and Projects:

· Supporting the improvement of Quality Control within Production
· Contribute to the Continuous Improvement of Product Quality
· Create and maintain Quality Control documentation
· Lead and manage Process Audits across the Business
· Support the deployment of containment actions within Production, perform Root Cause analysis of Quality issues with a view to ensuring long term resolutions

About you:

· Previous experience working in Quality and / or an academic background in Quality Management
· Good communication skills & a collaborative approach to resolving issues
· Strong IT skills including MS office and specifically Excel.
· An analytical approach to problem solving.
