We are seeking a Test Engineer mission is to manage new product launch (mostly in India) while insuring compliance to Schneider Electric's OCP (Offer Creation Process), PMP (Project Management Process), and industrialization activities. The person will be responsible to manage Industrialization and Test teams

Responsibilities:

Coordinates the implementation of both ICT and functional test equipment at electronics suppliers.

·
Participate in the development of production-related plans, budgets, and procedures.

·
Responsible for manufacturing test development of hardware and software for manufacturing testing at various manufacturing locations

·
Development and execution of a global Test Strategy to ensure common platforms for testing at all locations

·
Validation, implementation and maintenance of Automated Test Equipment (ATE) systems used in the manufacturing of power electronic products

·
Ensure documentation, traceability, maintainability and sustainability of test code and equipment

·
Develop product test dashboards for manufacturing plants world wide

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Qualifications:

· 
7 years combined experience in manufacturing and test engineering management

· 
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering

· 
Experience developing process documentation, test methods, operational procedures and test plans.

· 
Good knowledge of manufacturing equipment

· 
5+ years overall manufacturing test/validation experience

· 
5+ years Teststand/LabView programming experience

· 
Experience ATE development, equipment communication and control

· 
Hands on experience de‐bugging and troubleshooting

· 
Good documentation skill in writing test plans, test specification and test procedures

· 
Strong Team Player, self-motivated, leadership capabilities

· 
Good communication skills to effectively describe and understand complex topics

· 
Ability to work well under pressure while managing competing demands and tight deadlines
