Job description
We are seeking qualified candidates with the know-how to drive new products and parts qualifications, and participate in NPI projects so as to produce results that meet customers' requirements and satisfaction. Besides deploying quality tools with systematic approaches, the suitable candidates would also need to identify and manage the risks associated with production processes and ordered parts before, during and after the production launch while keeping the project within budget. Armed with rich project management experiences, the suitable candidates would handle multiple projects and work closely with various stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of quality services and products.
Responsibilities:
· Develop comprehensive process qualification plans involving new products and NPI projects
· Work closely with Project Quality Leaders in DFMEA, Safety FTA and PQCP to ensure all specifications and quality goals are in place.
· Collaborate with product designers and industrial component engineers to conduct risk analyses and formulate control plans.
· Monitor product validation and certification approval processes, and highlight the risks and potential deviations.
· Manage the parts validation process based on the First Article submission from the suppliers, and generate Quality Instructions for the suppliers and the plants and ensure they adhere to the requirements.
· Drive and close all Part/ Product Evaluation Plans (PPEP) during the parts qualification process.
· Work closely with industrialization entities, production plants, and other internal stakeholders to monitor, anticipate, highlight and resolve all process related problems in a timely manner that constantly meet customers' product specifications and requirements.
· Identify quality gaps, prepare and present quality and project reports, and make recommendations to address quality issues.
Requirements:
· Willing to be placed in Batam
· Bachelor Degree in Industrial/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
· At least 5 years of relevant experiences in a similar capacity, preferably from an electro-mechanical and electronics products manufacturing environment.
· At least 3 years of experiences in parts manufacturing processes (metal and plastics) and secondary processes (painting, material coating, etc). %5C
· At least 3 years of experiences in assembly process and product functional testing in a quality function.
· Demonstrated knowledge of FMEA, SPC, 8-D, Six Sigma concepts, and problem solving methodologies.
· Proven hands-on project management skills especially in NPIs with the production teams and meeting customers' expectations.
· Proficiency in supplier management and development.
· Hands-on knowledge and application of GD&T.
· Good understanding of methodology concepts and able to manage the operations of the mechanical laboratory.
· Ability to multi-task effectively and handle several projects concurrently. Possesses leadership capabilities, good communication and analytical skills, and people development ability.
· Customer and service oriented with continuous improvement mindset.
· Willing to travel for projects related tasks and factory support
