The Human Resources Intern will join us as a member of the HR Community supporting Schneider in North America. In this exciting role the intern will gain exposure to various aspects of the employee experience from Talent Acquisition (recruiting) to Rewards (compensation) to Talent Development, to Project Management. The intern will get involved in a range of projects and activities - from supporting the HR team and business leaders using our various HR systems, to assisting with training and education efforts, to compensation activities, to metrics, data management and analysis. The intern may also have the opportunities to participate and assist with recruiting activities.

There will be opportunities to get involved on ad-hoc project coordination/management. The intern will have opportunities to network with business leaders and co-workers at their location and across the region. They will be empowered to identify areas for improvement and growth and will be challenged to bring their creativity and innovation to help us continuously improve what we do!

Desired profile

Candidate must have completed at least 2 years of HR or related coursework.

Strong knowledge of analytics tools including advanced excel skills preferred

Candidate must be able to work in a fast paced work environment and must posses strong communication, analytical, problem solving skills, and a passion for finding innovative solutions to a variety of employee situations.

Prior internship experience in Human Resources preferred
