We are looking for talent! We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Coordinator to join our Lexington, Kentucky manufacturing facility. The HR Coordinator works in partnership with the local HR Manager and management team on supporting the HR processes including total rewards, talent management, recruiting and labor relations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Manage day to day employee relations and HR related questions leveraging our internal HR Shared Service model
· Facilitate HR system processes and data accuracy through local support and counsel
· Participate in improvement and innovation efforts through ownership and management of the “People” aspect of the Schneider Performance System (SPS) in the manufacturing environment.
· Contribute to employees' professional development and embrace the talent strategy by supporting the identification and assessment of the best talent
· Coach the leadership team, provide advice and support on all related HR matters
· Maintaining positive employee engagement in a union facility by focusing on employee activities, employee recognition programs, career development and communication forums.
· Providing advice concerning matters with employee discipline and conflict resolution.

Required experience and skills:
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management or other related discipline with 2+ years experience in HR generalist area.
· Must have domestic mobility (international mobility a plus!)
· Strong leadership skills: collaboration, communication, influence, drive for results, effective planning & prioritization, and project management
· Strong verbal and written communications skills working in a manufacturing setting
· You must be a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic and matrix environment
· Previous work in a manufacturing environment and enjoy partnering with line and unit managers.
