As part of our HR Services team you will act as an HR guide for our employees. You will have the opportunity to navigate them through the world of HR topics and design smart and elegant solutions for them. Join the team of self-driven enthusiasts with passion for HR and can do attitude!

We are looking for a talented individual who will deliver administrative support to the recruitment team providing interview scheduling support and initiating, monitoring and executing the post-recruitment activities (on-boarding) for all candidates.

What will you do?

· Taking care of interview logistics for Talent Acquisition team members. It would include but not be limited to: scheduling Lotus Notes / Outlook appointments, booking meeting rooms, updating data bases and working with various software packages.
· Acting as a single point of contact for external job agencies – confirming recruitment needs with vendor, invoicing settlement, support with interviewing process.
· Ownership and support for our internal recruitment tool – TalentLink Recruitment. It would include but not be limited to: support with creating job requisitions by managers, navigating in the tool, active tool support, working on new tool functionalities, manager training in the tool.
· Providing administrative support for the Talent Acquisition team with creating purchase orders or duplicates of job requisitions.
· Cooperation with university careers offices
· End-to-end ownership of the Referral Bonus process in close collaboration with the Payroll team.
· Proactively manage the customers' needs and expectations by working directly with TA team, hiring managers and candidates
· Building and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties, ensuring smooth flow of information as well as providing updates on the relevant processes
· Acting as a Lean Champion - continuously look for HR process improvements, cooperate closely with our Quality Manager to ensure all processes are properly documented and the HR Services team is acting upon highest standard of work.
· Giving a unique candidate experience when owning end-to-end our on-boarding program for new joiners to Schneider Electric.
· Supporting our employees in Poland over internal HR Helpline with a selection of HR-related topics
