Desired profile
Qualifications :
· Knowledge: HR in general, business in general, staffing, HR selection process and tools, Employer Branding, Employer Value Proposition, Employee Engagement, Social Recruitment, Basic Designing.
· Skills: English communication both reading and written, project management, analytical, planning and organizing, computer literacy and social media navigation, planning and organizing, behavioral-based interview, team work, attention-to-detail.
· Education:
o HR Management, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent Bachelor Degree as a minimum.
