The Human Resources Intern will be a full time member of the HR Business Partner team for our US Business Operations. In this role the intern will gain exposure to various aspects of the employee experience from Talent Acquisition (recruiting) to Rewards as well as Process and Project Management. The type of work the HR Business Partner Intern will perform includes data management, annual process support and ad hoc project coordination/management.

Desired profile

Candidates must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in HR or Business studies, available to work full time in the summer as well as through the school year, and possess strengths in the following areas: verbal and written communication, problem solving, critical and creative thinking, analytical skills and be both organized and detail orientated.
Candidates must be fluent in English and have a demonstrated ability to work independently and learn quickly.
Candidates must have intermediate computer knowledge/experience; Microsoft office products preferred (MS Excel and PowerPoint).
