Job description

Business Partnering
· Partner the business to develop capabilities required to execute strategy includes financial management, strong people management, workforce planning, zero tolerance to any unsafe acts (safety) and build a High Performance Culture.
· Make recommendations and implement solutions to assist the business to develop in an ambiguous operating environment. Establish, maintain and review of HR processes to optimise HR's contribution.
· Provide advice and interpretation of applicable industrial instruments and employment legislation.

Engagement

· Provide leadership to evolve the organisation's employee relations strategy- build solid engagement pipeline of activities, annual team member survey and drive well being initiatives.
· Social networking via Schneider online portal (SPICE) is promoted to enhance stronger collaboration among fellow team member across and within network.

Talent Management

· Build talent pipeline where skills are grown and nurtured through a structured program that engages and energizes participants. Support Managers to grow their teams improving the competency of skills both technical and soft via Schneider Online University, on the job training, coaching & buddy system.
· Steward the development and succession planning activities for key operational role, driving mobility, individual development plan, coaching and mentoring program and many more internal initiatives.

HR Process via Digitization

· Participate in improvement and innovation through Global & Regional efforts while building best-in-class human resources practices.
· Work in partnership with the HR Shared Services and HR Council to execute various HR activities including recruitment, induction, performance management, compensation and benefits analysis, , interviewing and creating value added initiatives.

Lean Management

· Conduct Knowledge Industrial Management exercise to review talent competency against business growth & demand. Key action determined could include hiring, laying-off, driving stronger learning culture or cross moving talents within network

Desired profile

·  Bachelor degree in Human Resource
·  At least 8 years in a HR Leadership/Management role
·  Understanding of Business Strategy, Manufacturing Operations, Common HR Tools and practice, market benchmark
·  Effectively bilingual in English & Vietnamese
·  Ability to use HRIS system is an added advantage
·  Proficient in MS Office
