EAJP Business Process Referent

Job description

· Responsible to support East Asia, Japan and Pacific operations
· Look for continuous improvement on Warehouse and Logistics processes optimizing SAP functionality
· Support the Key Users on their Change Request and interpret the requirement to EIT (Enterprise IT)
· Prepare Change Request Document for the business
· Working closely with EIT to implement the changes/enhancement.
· He/she will always be the link / bridge between business and EIT
· Share BEST Practices to the business.
· Creative approach towards problem-solving
· Continuously introduce look for new features/functionality in SAP to help the business to automate manual processes
· Collaborate with fellow BPR Experts to deliver quality and value-added services to the business.
· This role does not require to perform SAP Configuration and Development but rather to understand what has been configured and developed.
· Possess the can-do attitude, be very pro-active and responsive to the business request.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Logistics or Computer Science or equivalent
·  Candidates with Diploma will be considered depending on the years of experience
·  4 to 5 years experience as SD, MM (WM focused) Business System Analyst or Key User
·  Strong SAP SD and MM functional knowledge/skills in ECC6 environment
·  Understand SAP SD, MM and WM configuration
·  Have done at least 1 to 2 SAP SD, MM and WM deployment as Key User or Business System Analyst
·  Good integration knowledge with other modules in SAP
·  Strong Warehouse and Logistics domain knowledge (including Inbound and outbound processes)
·  Very familiar with local and regional Distribution Centre operations
·  Able to identify business processes for improvements making use of standard SAP functionality
·  Help business to improve efficiency and productivity
·  Work closely with IT to deliver the solution to the business/operations
·  Excellent communication skills, able to interact with various level of stakeholders
·  Must be a very pro-active worker
