Job description
Primary Purpose:
Develop and deliver the technical training components of the Digital Plant LoB – IIoT solutions portfolio. This role involves the development and maintenance of all technical training assets, including instructor led, virtual instructor led and online course materials for the IIoT solutions portfolio. The assets will be used by an internal and external audience on a Global scale.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Course Development
i. Develop product course materials for both customers and internal requirements
ii. Maintenance and updating of course manuals / materials for new product releases
iii. Run pilot programs and testing of course materials to trial audiences to validate new courses and ensure course quality
iv. Promote and work effectively in collaboration with team members located in other countries.

Client Relationships
i. Liaise with Offer Managers & Country Training Managers to ensure customer (internal/external) requirements are met
ii. Assist in determining course prerequisites and additional requirements for preferred external training supplier partnerships as required.
iii. Assist with the development of the EcoStruxure Plant Certification process by supporting the IIoT solutions content.

i. Identify areas for Digital Plant - IIoT solutions curriculum improvement
ii. Develop curriculum improvement plans
iii. Gain approval of plan from global stakeholders

Course Delivery
i. Organize calendar of training delivery as required
ii. Be able to facilitate registrations and complete event organization
iii. Ability to deliver in-class, virtual, remote & webinar style training
iv. Assist with support/delivery of IIot Solutions portfolio training topics at regional bootcamp events, eg. TeXpert.

Desired profile
Qualifications :
Experience
· Proven experience in the Ecostruxure Plant portfolio (software & hardware)
· Proven experience in the AVEVA software portfolio
· Experience in developing and delivering training to small and large groups
· Experience in manual writing/ publishing and preparation of Educational course materials including elearning
· Experience in educational curriculum, module structure and design
Skills/Personal Qualities
· Excellent oral and written communication & presentation skills in English
· Knowledge of other Digital Plant offers / automation control solutions (PAC/PLC, SCADA, HMI, Networks, VSD's)
· IIOT knowledge and experience
· Excellent time management
· Self motivation
