The Future Offer Manager is responsible for helping to manage the growth and profitability of Power products, particularly uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems. This position will work on cross functional teams to define and develop future offers, performance market research and market analysis to drive the future direction of the product lines, perform ongoing competitive analysis, develop market launch plans for assigned products, take responsibilities for the sales launch profile of those new products, and effectively manage the life-cycle for released products. Other duties as assigned. This position will report to the Offer Management Director for Business Power.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of product management or sales experience in a similar industry with demonstrated skills in market research, pricing, competitive analysis and market positioning and segmentation. The person should also possess excellent presentation, organization, and communication skills and be well versed with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. A Bachelor of science degree in Engineering or a Bachelor in Business is preferred. Travel, domestically and internationally, as needed.
