What do you get to do in this position? Looking for an ambitious and proactive Financial Analyst to contribute to Support Function Cost (SFC) Controlling, Forecasting and Business Partnership within North America Operations, specifically Solutions and Services.
This position will assume a role with the Center of Excellence (CoE) Controlling team by supporting all financial processes, with a focus on tracking, analyzing & communicating actual and projected SFC financial performance versus expectations to the Solutions and Services organization. The position will report to the Sr. Manager of the Center of Excellence (CoE) Controlling team and work closely with the Solutions and Services business and finance teams as well as the three other members in the Controlling team.
Responsibilities include:
· Manage budget owner reports and analyze variances for Support Function Cost (SFC) Centers; share results with Solutions and Services Finance teams and their Business Partners, deliver the analysis and commentary in cadence as required (monthly, quarterly)
· Lead effort to improve and standardize reporting and analysis of SFC, DVC, MBC costs across the Solutions and Services organization, while leveraging existing best practices
· Lead the Rolling Forecast process for Solutions and Services scope, in collaboration with the Solutions and Services team, including preparing, consolidating, and submitting cost forecast.
· Identify and advise any actions required to ensure cost targets are met, both monthly and quarterly
· Participate in NAM Finance transformation projects to develop and implement continuous improvement processes that drive efficiency of the team and wider organization (as required)
· Maintain close relationships with Human Resources and Payroll to monitor headcount and allocations to ensure accuracy of financials
· Follow key Balance Sheet accounts in Solutions and Services scope to manage costs appropriately and to reduce any exposure (if applicable)
· Perform ad-hoc analyses as required that lead to problem solving and business improving recommendations and provide concise, effective summaries of findings
· Collaborate with team members across the finance organization (CoE, Solutions and Services, etc)

Qualifications :

- 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis and Finance Business Partnering
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High energy individual that is proactive, cooperative, results oriented and customer focused
- Ability and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Relish dealing with ambiguity and can work independently with minimal supervision
- Proven track record of problem solving and process improvement
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other math intensive discipline
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including pivot tables, lookup functions, graphing, macros a plus)
- Advanced PowerPoint skills (including preparation, delivering message with value-add)
- Gathering information from multiple sources including SAP, Essbase, Oracle and SQL Server Databases
