What do you get to do in this position?

· Prepare month-end closing activities with regards to; CAPEX, Inventory, Manufacturing Base Cost, Direct Variable Cost and AOC, as per corporate requirements.
· Prepare business performance analysis and narratives (monthly financial results vs. Forecast/Target), looking for risks and opportunities.
· Identify and share best practices within the Electronics Cluster and a broader Schneider community.
· Lead efforts in simplification and standardization of the financial processes.
· Assist on the implementation of sound finanical practices, policies and procedures, in line with corporate (Internal Controls) and IFRS accounting guidelines.

Desired profile

This job might be for you if:

· Completing or Completed Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

· Ability to work in a team environment and effectively communicate/collaborate.

· Abiliity to analyze and recognize problems in order to epxlain root cause.

· Detail-oriented, with proven ability to meet deadlines and work.

· Taking initiative and flexibility to respond appropriately to changes in work responsibilities and team priorities.

· Strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel Suite).

· Fast learner.

· Preference for basic knowledge of ERP, and financial and report writing software (ESSBASE, HYPERION, etc).
