The Finance Business Partner reports directly to the Country CFO and works closely with the business unit leaders, commercial teams, and local and regional finance teams. The key role for this position is to support the business unit leaders to drive growth in sales and profitability in line with the overall strategic plan.

This support would include data management (mining, analysis and certain elements of reporting), monthly reporting, budget and outlook preparation, sales and margin reporting, process improvement, contract review, pricing and rebate management support.

Principal Responsibilities

· Pro-actively provide support on profitability improvement, key focus on sales growth, margin management, inventory management and conversion cost optimization opportunities.
· Develops detailed financial analysis tools and reports (e.g. business unit portfolio analysis, customer market profitability analysis) which focus on sales growth, margin management and cost optimization project tracking.
· Manage the business unit's P&L and performance to ensure it is aligned with strategic targets.
· Prepare and review sales commission and customer rebate accrual and payout
· Collaborate closely with the other finance business partners in the country to create a unique and unified community that will facilitate alignment, knowledge & best practices sharing, and standardised processes and work frames.
· Be the main link between the BU and the zone to drive the synergy and clarity in terms of the current & expected performance and results.
· Work closely with the zone commercial VP to ensure the implementation of the BU strategies and priorities in the country
· Ensure alignment with country CFOs on performance and macro-economic dynamics

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirements:
·  Be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
·  Digitally savvy and well versed with MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience in financial reporting using SAP (FI/CO)
·  Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with an ability to give solutions on any given situation and also the ability to navigate through ambiguity.
·  Business acumen, sound decision marking and a consultative approach to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
·  Comfortable to work in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment. This individual must have tenacity and emotional intelligence.
·  Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities, balancing deliverables on multiple projects and internal obligations against tight deadlines
·  Excellent English communication skills, both in spoken and written form and the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization both locally and internationally.
