Job description

The Installed Base Data Steward is accountable for leading the Installed Base Data Management and Quality, serving the overall Installed Base Marketing and bridge Field Service requirements for the country :
· define and deploy the adequate tracking processes and tools based on global guidelines
· secure the continuous migration of legacy data or local systems to central databases
· accountable for clean, up to date and usable data on the Installed Base in the country
Depending on the size/maturity of the country organization, the Installed Base Data Steward may have the lead on :
· design, develop & implement tracking plan
· data analytics for Field Service Marketing purpose
· define an implement an continuous improvement process to minimize data cleansing actions and ensure that data are “right the first time”;
He/she will closely work with the Country Field Services Operational Marketing organization for tracking plan, campaign decision and customer selection. He/she will liaise with the different stakeholders (BfO champion, account owner, engineering team, FSR…) for Installed Base Data quality and the Global Field Service organization for processes and tools compliance.

The Installed Base Data Steward is part of the Country or Zone Field Service organization and reports depending on the size/maturity of the organization to the Country or Zone Field Service Operational Marketing.

IPO, FS Marketing, FS Inside Sales Team, Offer category managers, FSRs
Key Success Factors
Close collaboration with IPO, country marketing and functions interacting with customers to drive the change of data quality.

Essential responsibilities
· Identifies Installed Base tracking sources and evaluates potentials
· Convert / prepare data migrations from tracking sources to the relevant data model eg. Schneider Data Hub Data (SDH)
· Train stakeholders on tracking tools & Installed Base Management processes
· Improve continuously in collaboration with global team relevant tools and processes
· Improve data quality in SDH thru cleansing activities with the relevant stakeholders (data source owners, bFO Data Stewards..) and maintain accordingly (identify obsolete and duplicate assets etc.)
· Monitor and control data quality in run mode and work closely with FS Operational Marketing on improvement actions
· Understand Global rules (KPI's…) and tools (IBGenius) and support the FS Operational Marketing with specific Installed Base analytics and Dashboards

Desired profile

Bachelor or Master Level – depending on the scope of responsibility

First experience in service business and/or product catalog management of Schneider

A successful candidate will be capable of:

Leading or contributing to data migration activities
Listening and understanding constraints and turn them into improvement opportunities
Project management skills (depending on the scope of responsibility)
