Field Services Engineer, Northern Region

Job description

· Visit customers regularly to develop relationships, new accounts, and update customer database
· Execute Energy Efficiency, Automation, and Maintenance contracts
· Promote EE & Automation solutions to customers
· Prepare schedule for site work
· Supervise work of subcontractors
· Be the technical leader in EE & Automation for Field Services Team
· Provide trainings on EE & Automation for internal and external customers
· Support all sales team in EE & Automation

Desired profile

Qualifications :

· University degrees – Electrical Engineer
· 1-3 years working in Electrical Distribution, Automation, and application knowledge are required
· Able to program any PLC
· Technical knowledge Energy Efficiency and Automation
· Communication pro-actively with customer, TC, customer care dept and sale team
· Good English in reading, writing, speaking
· Good computer skill, especially in drawing (CAD)
· Customer satisfaction oriented (responsive, value added,..)
· Project Management skills
· Teamwork building
