Job Desc for Marketing - Demand Creation Specialist

You will be a highly motivated individual with strong project management skills to join Retail Marketing Execution team. You will manage and implement Demand Creation activation strategy and working with all partners internally and externally.

Main Responsibilities:

Offline Marketing activities:

Drive exellence in managing Sales promotion/MD especially in POS and increase effectiveness & return on investment

Lead pull campaigns for POS, Sell out promo activities, Branding, Training

Manage offline Electrician community event to increase End user relationship

Provide tactical analysis, feedback and recommendation on relevant business decision.

Digital Marketing activities:

Develop promotion strategy, excecution and evaluation promotion plan through application for Electrician & Retailer

Manage regular communication plan, content, and calendar management to increase activation rate in application

Manage back end, and analyze analitycs data to evaluate and create improvement plan

Provide tactical analysis, feedback and recommendation on relevant business decision.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirements & Experience

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Communication or Business Administration with a major in Marketing

At least three (3) years of experience in marketing communication and activity with good track record and successful implementation

Experience in implementing integrated marketing campaigns

Tech-savvy, enjoy being in a digital environment

Analytic skills & creative thinking

Project management experience

Experience in Communication

Experience in managing numbers of third party / agencies
