Your Mission:

To manage and control an efficient export administration service to both internal and external customers. To control the dispatch of all export related orders, compiling and issuing accurate export documentation in a timely manner. Create and maintain reports to proactively progress any outstanding export orders.

Your responsibilities:

· Review & process new export orders taking into account the relevant incoterms, the customers and customs & excise requirements
· Determine the relevant shipping methods/packing requirements and create loading plans as required
· Book and maintain orders in the relevant computer systems (SAP, GTA, Excel) and produce reports as necessary
· Prepare and submit commercial invoices and shipping documents in line with Schneider Electric procedures and the relevant statutory Customs and Excise requirements.
· Liaise with the internal company depts., freight forwarders, couriers, chambers of commerce and customs organisations to ensure consignments are shipped in a timely/efficient manner in accordance with the requirements of the customer/ destination.
· Review and comply with the requirements for establishing and processing Letters of Credit (LoC)
· Provide Export process related expertise to the other departments as required (e.g. Commercial & Dispatch Depts).
· Maintain records as necessary to enable the review and approval of supplier invoices

About you:

· Expertise and experience of Export regulations and practices
· Experience of working in a busy Export/customer service role
· Good SAP knowledge and PC skills
· Excellent communication skills
· Export shipping experience
