Digital Customer Experience Analytics Specialist
Schneider Electric is a global energy management company with offices around the world, and is seeking a qualified Digital Experience Analytics Specialist within our Downtown Chicago, or Schaumburg, IL office. The Digital Experience Analytics Specialist's primary function is to use both quantitative and qualitative measures to assess the customer digital journey and both contribute to efforts to optimize it. The Specialist should be highly skilled in assessing customer journey insights and in web-based analytics. They will be responsible for improving website revenue and leads through analysis, recommendation and implementation of changes to the customer web journey. The role's focus is entirely on US, Canada, and Mexico.
What do you get to do in this position?
· Consistently monitoring campaign/website performance, offering proactive recommendations, best practices, A/B testing results, and generalized optimizations.
· Developing and delivering regular website and campaign performance reports that provide actionable insights and recommendations to key stakeholders with a high degree of accuracy.
· Understanding digital marketing goals and KPIs in order to translate goals into executable strategies through ongoing maintenance and enhancements.
· Creating and managing dashboard and analytics reporting processes using both tool-based and consolidated dashboards.
· Using Visio-or-similar process flowcharts, swim lanes and other graphical tools to capture and explain customer experience processes.
· Integrating quantitative data and metrics along with qualitative customer process flows to understand customer digital behavior, recommend changes, and measure results.
· Working with numerous customer-facing teams to understand the customer experience and provide input and direction to web customer processes.
· Staying current on broad digital analytics and customer experience trends and collaborating with peers on the Digital Marketing team.

Qualifications :
This job might be for you if:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT or the equivalent in work related experience.
· 3+ years of digital analytics experience and customer experience analysis.
· Google Analytics Certified with experience in Google Tag Manager and a wide variety of analytics platforms and tools.
· Extensive knowledge of Google Analytics and able to set up and troubleshoot complex conversion tracking across multiple sites.
· Experience with additional tools like Omniture, WebTrends, Supermetrics, Cyfe, Hubspot, ClickTracks, etc. in order to measure campaign performance and report on key insights for performance improvement.
· Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office suite, MS Project or Visio.
· Experience in customer experience process mapping in order to capture and explain the digital experience.
· Knowledge of web design technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, etc.)
· Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to articulate complex concepts both verbally and in writing.
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
· Strong time management skills.
