Job description
Position Summary:
· This person will report to Data Processing team leader and will work with tenured Data Operations team members.
· This position is responsible for numerous data related tasks focused on APAC markets.
· This includes adding standing data (accounts, meters, rates) and invoice templates to the system as well as any maintenance required around those.
· Additional tasks include but are not limited to data entry, analyzing statistical data tests, resolution of billing errors, answering customers' market-specific data questions, etc.

Position responsibilities:
· Learn about the business, department and associated processes and tools.
· Day to Day Tasks:
o Data Entry and Processing of invoices on to internal systems
o Add Accounts and Templates to internal systems
o Maintenance of Accounts, Meters, Rates on internal systems
o Review of Statistical Audits
o Resolution of Billing Errors with vendors
· Effectively communicate Schneider Electric expertise to internal and external clients.
· Adhere to Schneider Electric processes.
· Other duties as assigned.
Essential skills and qualifications:
· Thai nationality
· Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
· Strong English skills, both written and verbal
· Proficient in computer technology and Microsoft Office Products, in particular Excel
· High commitment to company vision and values
· Strong analytical skills
· Inquisitive – willing to investigate to find answers to problems
· Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities; self-motivated
· Provide excellent customer service internally and externally
· Work well on teams, within and outside of function
