For the Nordics countries we have a Commercial, Logistics and Administrative support organization set-up in Warsaw, Poland. This team is led based on the Scandinavian management style, in which empowerment, trust, pragmatism and accountability are key and go together with a strong result, people and development orientation. Reporting to the Commercial Excellence manager in Sweden, the CRM Sales Support Specialist is responsible for daily operational CRM support to the Swedish users. This is preferably done through the established network of CRM Sales Super Champions but also includes contacts directly with end-users.

Your responsibilities:
· Manage, animate and support the network of CRM sales users in Sweden
· Provide 2 nd line support for any sales & marketing related CRM topics
· Onboard new users and train the existing ones
· Manage the content of local intranet support page for CRM sales & marketing
· Create, publish and distribute the monthly CRM news letter
· Support sales in creation and maintenance of reports and dashboards
· Build strong relationships with the local sales management organization. This includes frequent travel to Sweden.

Qualifications :

What is helpful to be successful in this role:
·  Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Finance or Engineering
·  Experience: minimum 1-3 years' experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and/or sales management
·  Good IT knowledge and strong interest (Excel etc.)
·  Digital mindset
·  Ability to organize and structure information
·  Strong analytical skills with a continuous improvement mindset and process orientation
·  Service oriented attitude and team working skills.
·  Excellent communication skills, ability to deal with people on different levels in different cultures and with different profiles
·  Learning and Training skills
·  Upper intermediate / Fluent Swedish and English skills
