Your Mission:
We are currently recruiting a Client Support Analyst for our International Client Management team within our Dunfermline office. The successful candidate will assist a group of client managers in producing client deliverables. Key job responsibilities include generating reports, populating online client tools with up-to-date information, gathering information regarding Schneider Electric client sites, creating Excel spreadsheets and Power Point presentations and communicating with clients at the plant and corporate level.
Your Responsibilities:
Support client team in presentations and meetings
Provide client training on Schneider Electric's client website, Resource Advisor Software Application
Coordinate the receipt of external energy invoices
Facilitate new client rollout with internal & external teams
Establish relationships with clients at the plant and corporate level when needed
Field customer inquiries
Understand & adhere to the processes and controls of Schneider Electric Energy
Elevate and communicate potential breakdown of systems, policies and procedures
Contribute to process enhancement & new process development

About You:
Bachelors/Masters degree or equivalent experience
Fluency in English ; additional language skills is preferred
Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel & Power Point
Good analytical and organizational skills
Strong initiative and ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment
Strong communication and composition skills, specifically with plant and corporate level management
Energy industry terminology and standards preferred
