As part of the HRS Optimization Team, this individual will work and engage cross-functionally to identify and validate employee and partner expectations while working closely with other HRSS functions to build solutions that will make our HR business run more smoothly.

Likewise, this role will be expected to work closely with our quality assurance and continuous improvement team to highlight business problems and leverage the support necessary in creating a phenomenal customer experience.

The scope of these roles will be North American, across all businesses.

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Partnership with our Customers (HRBP) - (HRBP Engagement including Team Meeting Attendance, and additional actions as required
Create and deliver relevant initiatives aimed at enabling the business
Creation and delivery of written and verbal communications, including training, to equip the business with the information they need related to HR Services
Align quality assurance initiatives to the real needs of the business
Build and support a NAM HRBP ‘help desk' type environment

To be successful in this role, you must be curious, tenacious and self motivated.

We are seeking individuals who have a and have a strong ability to listen to the needs of customers and build relationships cross functionally both internally in HR Serves and externally in the business.

The individual must have a passion for positive continuous improvement, take steps to understand complex environments and can successfully influence others while building lasting relationships.

Essential skills include, but are not limited to:
3-5 years relevant experience
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills;
A willingness to work with cross-functional, process oriented teams;
Ability to effectively interface with customers;
Proven track record of developing and maintaining strong internal and external relationships
Thorough understanding of the SE business model in North America;
Capable of managing multiple priorities and assert influence amongst coworkers.
