Job description

1. New Project Orders SAP Execution – SAP Flow (Order -BOM – Routing-Production-Dispatch.

2. Packing Plan and Packing Case Layout preparation understanding.

3. Study of Drawings, Type Test ,Study of Old Test Reports ,Product Architecture Study .

4. QVE Project

5. New BOM Creation

6. Study of Product Catalogue, IEC Standards, Cost Binder Calculations

7. Copper Busway Development

8. Non- Standard Products execution

9. Resolution of Sales, Customer Query in time

10.Site Visit for customer complaints

11. Familiar with Type Test requirements

12.Owns the PEP process in the plant, via the BPM's mission (BOC Plant Member)

13.Proposes evolutions and writes the associated PCR

14.Manufacturing Change Owner (MCO)

15.- Prepares the deployment of the product and component evolutions in the plant (Impact analysis, PPEP, Samples, FAIR)

16.- Identify the industrial impacts on the schedule, budget and product costs

17.- Implement the product evolution and ensures the quality of the plant's deliverables and the Time to Market (TTM)

18.- Manages the traceability of the manufactured products evolutions (MCN)

Qualifications :

a) Constantly improve and standardize the designs and reduce the preparation time of Design

b) QVE monitoring & Reporting

c) Coordination with other Departments

d) Incorporate the changes based on feedback from Plant / Vendor / Customer

e) Locally represents the product knowledge to contribute to product-process problems resolving.

f) Contributes to update the reactivity to solve the customer issues and manufacturing problems.

g) Locally deploys the product action plans and report to CE. Ask CE for contribution if necessary.

h) Gathers and filters the plant's problems and proposes corrective actions to the BOC.

i) Contributes to the improvement of the product-process quality and productivity, by local projects and proposes evolutions to CE.

j) Ensures the manufactured product conformity to the Product Definition File.
