Assistant Engineer (Autocad Designer)

Job description

We are currently seeking a professional to join Schneider Electric as Assistant Design Engineer

Location: Selangor, Malaysia


In this role, you will

- Generation of electrical CAD drawings using AutoCad in an efficient way to support Design Engineers in preparing for their detail design drawings.

- Experienced in electrical CAD software like AutoCAD.

- Have a good eye for details such as presentation of electrical schematics, drawing quality and accuracy,

- Familiar with electrical deliverables documents such as electrical plan layout, panel arrangement, system architecture, schematics, connection diagram etc.

- Assist Design Engineers in electrical design output, having technical knowledge or exposure in HV/LV switchgear design, protection scheme, secondary design etc.

-Assist in preparing for projects deliverable submission to customer as per schedule and orderly manner.

-Maintain and keep track of drawings submission and returned comments

Desired profile

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

* Minimum Certificate/Diploma holder in technical / engineering / electrical /

* A strong working knowledge in using AutoCAD software or equivalent drawing tools.

* A good working knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat.

* Good command of spoken and written English.

* Highly committed and able to work independently without much supervision with good interpersonal skills

* Pro-active and fast learner.
