Main missions:
1/ Support =S= Sweden to acquire knowledge about MTZ offer & Smart Panel (Offers, Tools, Channels, Price, ...)
2/ Support =S= Sweden to define the MTZ & Smart Panel launch plans and implement them (means, events, promo, doc, IT platform, sales argues, logistics, stock, training...)
3/ Support =S= Sweden Sales team to present & prescribe MTZ & Smart Panel during customer visits & events
4/ Confirm with the Sales team, the MTZ & Smart Panel sales commitment, track the launch plan, monitor actions progress, ...
5/ Report launch progress to =S= Sweden & Partner Project Division
Profile and Competences:
The VIE is an international programme for young professionals between the age of 18 and 28 who are European Union nationals. In addition, the candidate cannot come from the country hosting the mission.
Education: Master Degree in Electro Engineering
Technical Field: Experience with Schneider Electric Smart Panel architecture, ideally with Masterpact MTZ offer
Work experience needed: first experience with Schneider Electric offers
Requested languages: English a must, French as an advantage
Personal abilities or skills: Ability to work on transverse teams, ability to influence and promote changes, good presentation skills, customer orientation
