Manager Product Improvement and Field Action (m/f) 80 - 100%

In this position, you will manage product improvements, identify required field actions, release field information, monitor the fulfilment execution and manage the financial compensation requests.

You will mainly be responsible for the following tasks:

Manage the Corrective Action (Field Information) preparation from root cause, solution development to site test until industrialization and roll out for field implementation
Manage the Corrective Action processes and tools, especially the financial compensation and the tracking process
Cooperation and support with all Corporate Product Safety team members, Field Quality Excellence Hubs, KGs and all involved parties
Ownership for development and maintenance of the related processes and tools
Creation and maintenance of regular KPI reports and special analysis

You are a communicative, flexible and open-minded personality and like to work in a team. You also have an analytical thinking with accuracy and attention to details.

Furthermore, you possess the following qualifications:

Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or equal practical experience
Strong persuasion and follow-up skills
At least 3 years’ experience in elevator industry
Advanced English skills
Proficient use of MS Office and SAP
Especially proficient MS Excel skills
