DB Schenker is the world leader in Transportation and logistics. You will integrate our international team specialized in Aerospace market in Miami, FL building worldwide Supply Chain solution for majors customers like Boeing, Qantas, British Airways, Safran etc in direct contact with 40+ countries.
18 months VIE program to assist with the Value Added Product Implementation and Training of DB Schenker / Aerospace.
- "Beta Testing": Aptitude to "beta-test" new CRM products, identify potential failures and take corrective measures where necessary.
- Documentations: Ability to draft user and training manuals which clearly detail and explain the use of the web based applications to both internal users (Schenker employees) and external users (Customers).
- Process: Process design engineering according to complex internal and external challenges.
- Communication: Need to be able to share and communicate with efficiency to different type of audience about the implementation of a worldwide new valued added product.
- User training: Assist in organizing, preparing and leading training course online and formal in order to transfer knowledge to an audience
- Support: Must be able to be an available being person and show enthusiast in helping and assisting users with implementation of new product and process change.
Profil:
BAC+5 Aerospace engineering school or general engineering school with supply chain option
Experience / internships in Aerospace industry and/or Supply chain-Logistic
High proficiency in English speak and write
Communicative, solution oriented, willing to learn and evovle for a CDI after the VIE in Paris CDG or London LHR
No IT related
