Scantec Personnel is seeking a Scientific Recruitment Researcher to work side by side with some of the sectors top consultants to support and meet the expanding requirements of the dynamic division.

The Scantec Scientific team focuses on helping clients to attract and retain the best talent in the scientific market. Working across a broad spectrum of scientific areas, including pharmaceuticals, chemicals, biotechnology, contract testing, environmental and material industries, we offer a full range of dedicated recruitment solutions.

Recruitment Duties will include:

• Over the phone conversations with scientific candidates


• Recording and profiling information on company database


• Developing relationships with Scientific candidates to specialist Job Specification and preparing them for interview


• Researching and marketing specialist job market and information gathering.


• Persuading and negotiating job roles to specialist candidates in specialist markets


• Advertising roles through Job boards and LinkedIn

Will have an on-site Learning and Development Manager that will work along side your manager to train you to be an expert in specialist researching techniques.

The ideal candidate will have a Science background or qualification, be self motivated and conscientious and possess excellent computer skills along with a natural ability to build rapport both over the phone and face to face.
