What you can look forward to accomplishing

The Quality Systems Intern will provide analytical support to the QA management team, including:

·  Performing trend analyses
·  Helping to develop KPI
·  Helping facilitate the annual SOP review program
·  Assisting with protocol review
·  Maintaining and controlling documents
·  Maintaining files - both paper and electronic
·  Working with Document Control Coordinator
·  Working with Quality Engineer on validation projects
·  Keeping departmental information up to date
·  Interacting/communicating both within and outside the organization
·  Creating and modifying documents using Microsoft Office
·  Creating presentations on quality lessons learned
·  Performing general clerical duties to include but not limited to:
·  Photocopying
·  Faxing
·  Mailing
·  Filing
·  Supporting staff as needed in assignment project based work

Desired profile

Skills and experience that you need to bring to our company

·  Proficient in all Microsoft computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
·  SharePoint is a plus
·  Know how to set up electronic filing systems
·  Attention to detail and accuracy
·  Cooperative
·  Organized
·  Professional
