We have various job roles available for promotional staff, brand developer, marketing assistant. We are looking for someone that is eager to learn and to find its way into the exciting industry of finance.
Distribute marketing material in areas close to residency
Attend third party event (authorised ones only)
Help create and plan our own events
Follow up calls from events
Help potential clients get registered for
Speak at networking events to promote business and services
Promote introducer and affiliate opportunity
Log contacts from all events on Zoho and Outlook
Provide reports with the data collected from the platforms that we use (google analytics, Zopim, google my business, Facebook, Mailchimp, Zoho email reports)
Help develop new social media campaigns from the ground up, considering our clients’ needs and their specific industries
Monitor social channels for trending news, ideas, then capitalize on those trends through our social media accounts
Perform research into our new and existing clients’ industries and provide actionable tips and advice
Help with installation, operation, and maintenance of computer systems and other technologies, such as communication systems.
Configuring hardware and software, setting up peripherals such as printers or routers, repairing equipment, and providing daily support for computer network users.
Writing reports, tracking inventory, evaluating new technologies, negotiating contracts with vendors, and developing contingency plans in case of network failure.
