PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The position is based in the SAP Hybris office in Munich, Germany. You will be joining the Marketing Operations and Strategy team, which is part of the Global SAP Hybris Marketing department. The main tasks will be to support the Marketing team in the purchasing process, from creating vendor accounts, to submitting purchase order requests and ensuring invoices are properly submitted. Moreover, the position will require support in preparing financial reports.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

·  Supporting the Marketing team in the purchasing process (SRM)
·  Purchase Orders Management & Processing, Workflow editing and Vendor Master Management
·  Communication with purchasing and accounting departments
·  Supporting financial processes such as forecasting, month end activities (e.g. accrual posting) and period end reporting (BWP)
·  Providing transparency with regular financial analysis of expenses as well as revenues
·  Entering data into SAP (ERP) and other company systems
·  Assisting with daily tasks such as business inquires, master data set-up and cost allocation

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

·  Student (f/m) at a university or a university of applied sciences in Munich or the surrounding area
·  Preferred fields of study: Economics     
·  Computer skills: Skilled in MS Office (particularly Excel). Knowledge or previous experience with SAP ERP or Enterprise Reporting Tools is a plus     
·  Language skills: Fluent written and verbal English, German is highly desirable      
·  Soft skills: Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills; ability to work independently and in a team with focus on results. Self-motivated with high willingness to learn    
·  Others: Good with numbers, enjoys working in an international environment
