PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
Within the Products & Innovation board area, the mission of the Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) organization is to Run Customers on Cloud, Simplify Cloud Consumption and ensure reliability with high Customer Satisfaction. Within this organization the HEC Partner Business Development team is driving the HEC partner management from partner strategy, sourcing models, contracting to financial control and performance management.

The HEC Partner Business Development team has the following priorities:

·  Define the partner delivery and business model and the corresponding contractual framework
·  Negotiate terms and conditions with our suppliers
·  Implement and operate efficient processes for the financial management of the partner contribution
·  Manage our partners for performance
·  Provide end-to-end transparency on the state of the HEC partner business

Desired profile

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Support Financial Management and Controlling, e.g.

·  Margin analysis
·  Purchase Order and invoice operations
·  Financial overviews

Support Reporting, e.g.

·  Research and gather data from key stakeholder and supplier
·  Management Reporting with KPI observations on performance management

Support Process and Workflow Design
Project Work: Involvement and participation in different global projects

·  Prepare presentations
·  Drive dedicated project backoffice tasks (e.g. monitoring and maintaining action tracker)
·  Coordinate and organize meetings (e.g. logistics, meeting minutes)

 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

·  Student (f/m) of a University or University of Applied Sciences
·  Preferred field of study: Business Administration, IT or related fields
·  Strong MS Excel skills, Good MS PowerPoint and presentation skills; Ability to easily get acquainted with new programs and systems
·  Language skills: Fluency and good writing skills in German and English are essential
·  Soft skills: Strong analytical thinking; Attention to detail, Systematic and effective approach to work; Ability to work autonomously, not afraid to communicate openly;
·  We expect a high level of commitment and reliability
·  Collaborative, listener, communicator, facilitator
·  Knowledge of web and collaborative tools (e.g. wiki, JAM) would be an asset
