PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The SAP Global Health Management team contributes to SAP’s vision to improve people’s life by providing a global health and well-being portfolio for people at SAP and has been awarded multiple times for its holistic health management approach operating in alignment with SAP´s People Strategy and SAP´s Sustainability Strategy.

You will be part of a committed and creative team, who drives an innovative approach towards corporate health management in a global context.

Desired profile

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

Supporting the team as working student (f/m) provides a great opportunity to gain experience in a broad spectrum of the day-to-day and project work in the Health Management division of an international company.

You will assist the team in the following areas:

·  Support the coordination of the Global Health annual internal network workshop and operational activities of sustaining the global network
·  Research health studies and industry trends around employee health and well-being programs
·  Create and publish internal blogs, e-mailings, marketing assets and health related information to sustain awareness of employees on health programs/projects
·  Conduct health data reports and maintain health offerings database

 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Required skills:

·  Student (f/m) at a university or university of applied sciences (FH)
·  Preferred field of study: Business Administration, Communication or Media Science, Social Studies, Human Resources or related subject
·  Excellent written and spoken business communications skills in English and German, ability to communicate well with internal stakeholders
·  Excellent planning and self-organizing skills, ability to pick up information fast, work independently and solution oriented
·  Be familiar with latest trends in social media and latest technology trends
·  Ideally previous internship experience
