Desired profile

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
We are looking for a working student (f/m) to support us with the following tasks:

·  Support authors in the correction of user documentation
·  Support authors and translators with quality measures
·  Support testing activities

Being part of a highly motivated team it is your chance to get deep insights into state-of-the-art documentation tools and processes at the world´s market leader for enterprise software. You would receive the necessary training and learn on-the-job from experienced colleagues.
    

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

·  Student (f/m) at a university or university of applied sciences
·  Preferred field(s) of study: Technical Writing, Communications, Linguistics, Translation
·  Computer skills:  Tech-savvy, that is, using social media technologies such as Facebook and a very good knowledge of Microsoft Office – knowledge of e-publishing tools is an advantage.
·  Language skills: very good knowledge of English/German – native English speaker most welcome
·  Soft skills:  Team player with a well-structured way of working
·  Highly committed and proactive personality

 

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please describe as well your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs/ programming languages.
