PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The SAP Innovation Center Network team combines the agility of a startup with the backbone of a global market leader and explores untapped opportunities in software engineering and business with the goal to develop game-changing solutions. We foster strong teams and develop solutions jointly with customers and partners from business, academia, and the startup industry, applying Design Thinking and other novel approaches. By turning creative thinking into innovative solutions with market impact and following an end-to-end responsibility approach for our projects, we aim to deliver scalable solutions with a short time to market.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

You are a well-structured, curious and passionate about working on strategic and operational challenges in the highly dynamic field of Innovation Management? If the answer is yes, we have the right job for you! In our young and growing team at the SAP Innovation Center in Potsdam you will have the opportunity to work in the fields of innovation strategy and operations.

　

Your job would entail supporting in one or more of the following tasks:

·  strategic initiatives and management of the unit’s project portfolio
·  operational excellence and reporting responsibilities
·  alignment and collaboration within the unit and with other development locations with respect to the unit’s vision, mission and strategic goals

 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

·  Master’s or late Bachelor’s student (f/m) with preferred field(s) of study: Business Informatics, Business Engineering, Business Administration or related fields
·  Soft skills: Strong analytical, communication, presentation and networking skills; proven skills in project management and organization; team-oriented working style while driving topics independently; open-minded with intercultural sensitivity
·  First experience in strategy/ management consulting is a plus
·  Language skills: Fluent in English and advanced/ fluent in German
