PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
SAP Global Corporate Affairs is charged with driving perception of SAP as the world's leading business solution provider, recognized thought leader, responsible corporate citizen, as well as business partner, vendor and investment of choice. CSR as a part of it approaches social investment strategically – in order to ensure a sustainable future for society, our customers, and SAP. By focusing our talent, technology, capital on education and entrepreneurship, SAP strives to enact positive social change through economic growth, job creation, innovation, and community.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
As part of the CSR team at the headquater in Germany you will be responsible for the following tasks:
· Preparing and organizing events;
· Coordinating projects with our CSR partners and NGOs;
· Writing of articles for internal and external media and social media;
· Administrative duties.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
· Student (f/m) - Preferred field(s)of study: corporate social responsibility, economics, communications, public affairs or related studies
· Computer skills: Know-how in MS Office products. Knowledge of HTML and web publishing would be great
· Language skills: Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written
· Soft skills:
· Proven interest or activities in community engagement
· Highly motivated and self-driven team player, first experience in international teams would be a plus
· A proven ability to balance multiple priorities while remaining organized in a fast paced environment
· A high affinity to CSR or NGO environment is essential; previous experience in these areas an advantage. Please refer to your affinity and/or previous experience within you cover letter.
