PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVE

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Supporting the team as working student (f/m) provides a great opportunity to gain experience in a broad spectrum of the day-to-day and project work in the Health Management division of an international company.
You will assist the team in the following areas:
· Support project management of internal global health promotion
· Create and publish internal blogs, organise employee events, create innovative marketing assets and health related information to foster health awareness of employees
· Support stakeholder management and project rollout activities
The innovative project you will be supporting is the “Corporate Oncology Program for Employees (COPE)” .
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
· Student (f/m) at a university or university of applied sciences (FH) -Preferred field of study: Business Administration, Communication or Media Science, Social Studies, Human Resources or related subject
· Excellent written and spoken business communications skills in English and German, ability to communicate well with internal stakeholders
· Excellent planning and self-organizing skills, ability to pick up information fast, work independently and solution oriented
· Be familiar with latest trends in social media and latest technology trends
· Ideally previous internship experience
· Start immediately for duration of min. 6 months (and longer if possible)
